The Women in Leadership maiden edition enlightened me about appreciating team playing spirit.

Where I used to struggle alone, collaboration has been the platform for me to raise the bar of success in enterprise and leadership.

I used to think I could do things all alone and by myself but Aliece Hendricks’ delivery has enabled me to put into practice the team spirit in my works and the story has changed for the better.

I used to be an introvert with difficulties for expression, my attendance at the Women in Leadership maiden edition has changed the narratives.

I have found the rhythm of positive self expression to the effect that i now contribute meaningfully at gatherings for impacts, counsel and direction.

I am no longer in any shell but now a woman of influence!
