Abimbola Balogun is a lawyer, HR Professional, Co-founder and Executive Director of So Fresh Neighbourhood Market Ltd, a Nigerian Healthy food chain founded in 2010 with her dear husband which has since grown to fifteen branches across Lagos and Abuja with a vibrant team.
She can be finely described as a growth stimulator, having managed and grown So Fresh’s dynamic operations over the last 11 years, culminating in So Fresh been nominated among the 25 most innovative Indigenous businesses by Business Day in 2017.
Abimbola possesses strong leadership, managerial and problem-solving skills and she is passionate about Human capital development. She is the principal partner of AB Consults, an HR consulting firm where she trains and coaches business owners on how to hire right and build great teams.
She is a Goldman Sachs scholar with a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan Atlantic University, Lagos. She holds a certificate in Operations Management from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management. She was listed among the 100 most innovative female-owned businesses in Nigeria in 2017 by YNaija. In 2019 she was also listed as one of the 100 most inspiring women in Nigeria by leading Ladies Africa Organization.
Abimbola is married to her soulmate, Olagoke and together they have a burning desire to impact the world through job creation and youth empowerment. They are blessed with three uniquely remarkable
children.
